Warranty Care and Conditions
*** All Warranties are to the original owner with the original truck ***
Derta Industries Inc. offers its warranty as follows:
Lifetime Warranty
- The complete frame unit to include rails, bows, snaps, hardware and clamps against defect in materials or workmanship.
- Our 3-ply material know as "Extreme" (only available in black) warrants to be free from defects in material and workmanship.
Three Year Warranty
- All other non-lifetime material including Acrylic, Carbon FIber, Silver/Black Diamond and any of the other nine colors of vinyol. This warranty is against factory defects and craftmanship.
Conditions
- Derta Industires Incl obligation under any warranties is limited to repair or replacement at our descretion of defective parts only.
- Proof of retail purchase must be provided when making any warranty claim.
- Derta Industries Inc. will not be liable for: damage due to accident, neglect, abuse, failure to follow proper care, improper installation, and wind whipping. (Wind whipping occurs when the cover is not fully secured to the frame causing the material to crack and break down).
- Items in the truck bed should not be touching the cover. Road vibrations could cause the fabric to be damaged.
- Derta Industries Inc. will not be held accountable for any Installation causing damage or injury.
