All products are covered by manufacture's warranties and are fully
refundable within 30 days of order delivery date in the case of defects
or errors by the manufacturer. Shipping charges are not refunded unless the
factory made an error in producing the product or the product is
received in a damaged or defective state. This includes shipping charges that are not listed separately on your invoice.
Most manufacturers charge a restocking fee when returning a product for a reason that does not qualify for free return shipping. Restocking fees are determined by the manufacturer. The fees we deduct from your refund represent actual expenses we incur from the return of your product. We do not mark up or profit from product returns.
Unlike our competitors, we will assist you with product returns.
The factory that produced your product has the final say on whether you
can return or exchange your purchase. When the factories accept back a
product that is returned due to no fault of their own, your shipping
charges will not be refunded.
Special order and Custom products (e.g. monogrammed) are non-refundable and not returnable unless the manufacturer made a mistake in producing your product. Some manufacturers are more willing to accept a return than others. Coverite and Coverking are especially strict on their return policy. Unless they made a mistake, they do not want their products back. Coverking's Return Policy is stated below.
Returns should NEVER be sent to AccessorizeYourVehicle's office unless you are explicitly asked to do so by us in writing. All
returns need to be sent directly to the manufacturer's factory address
and only after receiving a return authorization from us. Complete the form below to obtain a return authorization code.
All orders should be placed using our web site. If you are
uncomfortable or unfamiliar with ordering over the internet please call
us. We will be happy to walk you through the process or answer any
questions about how to order. If needed, we will input your order for
you but we will not be responsible for any input errors such as a
misspelled monogram.
To return or exchange a product, please complete the form below. Neither Returns or Exchanges can be initiated by placing a phone call. We need to present to the manufacturer a written statement from you to obtain the Return Authorization number. After you complete the form below, we will obtain a Return Authorization number from the manufacturer and reply to you with return instructions.

At Coverking, we do not accept any returns on Dash Covers, Custom Seat Cover and Custom Car Covers. These items are made for your specific vehicle per your order. We DO NOT ACCEPT any returns for wrong color given, wrong year given, wrong make given or wrong model given.
We will fix or exchange any defective items due to our workmanship. Defective item(s) will be exchanged with an identical item. Item(s) cannot be returned for any reason stated above after 30 days from ship date.
Note: The color settings on your monitor may cause the colors displayed on this screen to vary slightly from the actual colors of our dash cover materials. If you’re uncertain about a product’s actual color, please feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you and send color samples if necessary.

Once you have received a return authorization number please be sure to write it across the box so it is legible and verifiable. The item must be repackaged in the original box with all parts, plastic bags, and instruction sheets. The item must be repackaged exactly as it was originally shipped. If anything is missing or is damaged other than what was originally claimed in previous E-mails, you, the customer, will be liable for those damages. The return will be voided and there will be no credit given. If any return is made without an authorization number, no credit will be given. If any item is returned for any other reason than what was stated previously (above) then no credit will be given.
