Shipping
GeneralAll products are shipped factory direct. Orders delivered to the continental U.S. are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and P.O Boxes are usually shipped via USPS.
InternationalOrders can be shipped to international destinations, but not usually directly from the factory. The manufacturers do not want to process the extra paperwork required for international shipments. For international shipments, orders must be placed with the international destination as the billing address and AccessorizeYourVehicle's address as the shipping address. Once the payment of international shipping fees are received the products are forwarded to the billing address.
Follow these steps to place an international order:
- When Shopping:
- Place items in your shopping cart
- Nothing extra to do at this point
- When Checking Out:
- On the Bill To page:
- Select a Country from the drop down list first
- Use your credit card billing information to complete this page
- This address will also be the final shipping destination
- Uncheck the box that indicates Bill To = Ship To
- On the Ship To page
- Enter your name in the name fields
- Enter "65 Rockrose" in the Address Line 1 field
- Enter "Aliso Viejo" in the City field
- Enter "California" in the State field
- Enter "92656" in the Zip Code field
- On the first checkout page:
- Select a shipping method for getting the products to our office
- Select PayPal in the Select Payment drop down
- International must use PayPal to pay with a credit card
- You don't need a PayPal account to use PayPal
- PayPal is owned by eBay and is safe and secure
- Click the Continue button which will take you to PayPal.com
- Complete all the PayPal forms until you are returned to our site
- When your product arrives at our office,
- we will contact you with the final shipping amount to forward your order to you
- Once we receive payment for the shipping charges we will ship your order to you.
When do I get my stuff?Our manufacturers do their best to ship your products as fast as humanly possible. Most orders are received in 12 business days or less when using Standard Shipping. Standard shipping used to take 5 business days, but due to increased competition, ground shipping times are coming down.
Custom ProductsCustom products are most often made to order and are not available for immediate shipping. Regardless of the shipping method selected during checkout. See our product lead times page for estimated shipping times for our different vendors and products.
Order DelaysOccasionally factories break down or run out of materials. Manufacturers may also take 2 or more days to ship products, even when they are in stock. When this happens orders are delayed. AccessorizeYourVehicle.com is not responsible for delayed shipments of this nature. Orders canceled due to manufacturer's delays are subject to a $5.00 cancellation fee, which covers our cost of obtaining and processing an order.
Tracking my orderAccessorizeYourVehicle.com makes tracking information available through our web site by clicking on the My Account link and logging into your account and then clicking on the Past Orders link. We will send a shipping notification to the email address you enter with the ship to address information when we are notified by the manufacturers that your order has shipped. It is not uncommon for this information to be delayed at the factory by a day or two. Please contact us if you have not received your shipping confirmation after 10 business days if you are concerned. We regularly check on orders not shipped within a reasonable time frame and pass along any information to our customers. |

Free Shipping OffersMany of our products include shipping in the sales price. Free shipping applies to products shipped to the lower 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii and international shipping will still be charged on Free Shipping items.
When an item with free shipping is returned, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund (along with any manufacturer restocking fees) unless the return is the result of our or the manufacturer's error.
